This is a great way of getting to know each other. We can chat about your wedding plans and I can answer any questions you may have. After our call, I will send you a quote and it will. display prices and dates in which payments are due. You then accept your quote, digitally sign the contract attached and pay the $1000 deposit.
After you have paid your deposit you’ll be officially in my calendar! There will be one payment midway and a final payment one month before the wedding.

Nope! I'll put a timeline together for you a few weeks before the wedding. (If your planner already made a timeline, I will need to get in touch with them to make sure we are on the same page).
About a month before the wedding I will send you a questionnaire. You will have the opportunity to list out which family groups you want and what specific shots that are important to you. I don't use a shot list for things that are more standard because I have enough experience to know what I need to get, but if you would like a first look with your dog etc, that is the type of thing to let me know!
Your gallery will be delivered to you 8 weeks from your wedding date or earlier. I try to get your photos back to you as fast as I can. I know your excited! I will send you some sneak peeks 48 hours after your wedding so that you have something to share on social media!

I'll send over a dress guide to give you an idea on what will look best and will keep the attention on the two of you.
We can always reschedule! The date for your engagements isn't set in stone. I will keep an eye on the weather before our session and let you know if we need to reschedule a couple days before. If you need to reschedule for other reasons, please let me know a day or two before so that I can make other plans.
If it rains on the day of your wedding, I will do my best to work around it. I do have protective camera covers and clear umbrellas if we need them.
In the past 4 years I have only missed one wedding and that was because I was in the hospital due to an ectopic pregnancy. Unless there is an act of God or I have the plaque, I will not miss your wedding. If I do happen to for some reason need to miss your wedding, I will have a back up photographer cover your wedding that I know and trust. I would never leave you in the hands of someone that isn't experienced, creative, or capable.
Yes! The fastest way to get ahold of me is through text. I normally answer back pretty quick. Usually i'm available until about 9pm. If you text me on a weekend it might take a little longer to get back to you because i'm either at a wedding or spending time with my family. If it's something that needs to be discussed in length, we will need to schedule a phone call.
